Aufgaben

• Supervise building inspectors and manage inspection programs
• Serve as subject matter expert supporting the sales team
• Conduct client visits for complex projects
• Administer and enforce building codes, safety, energy, and accessibility standards
• Oversee issuance of permits, plan approvals, and certificates
• Interpret codes and advise architects/engineers/contractors
• Collaborate with fire, planning, zoning, engineering, and public works
• Manage appeals and code updates
• Maintain records and prepare inspection reports
