Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Three years of construction work in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or building construction.
- Two years of inspection experience.
- An equivalent combination of construction experience may substitute for the inspection experience requirement.

- Performs skilled work in all phases of large residential, commercial, and high profile projects to secure compliance with International Building codes, Inspection Services, Ordinances, Survey, Zoning Codes and Stipulations.
