Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient records and medical documentationPrepare and submit clean claims to insurance carriers, Medicare, and MedicaidReview and resolve claim denials, rejections, and appeals in a timely mannerVerify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to billingEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and payer-specific billing guidelinesConduct charge entry, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-upCollaborate with clinical staff to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies

Requirements:
