Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Automotive Technician to join a team that values your skills, service, and future. You’ll diagnose and repair automotive systems across a busy network of service centers, while building your customer base under a guaranteed earnings program.

Qualifications

• Three years automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications; state inspection or MAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, A/C and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills with the latest technology.
• Mentor teammates and continuously learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high safety, service, and housekeeping standards while using protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires and standing or bending for extended periods.
