Qualifications
- Certified Automotive Technician with dealership experience preferred.
- Diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles.
- Dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Examine and diagnose vehicles
- Conduct multipoint vehicle inspections with video
- Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
- Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
- Plan work procedures with shop foreman
- Monitor repair time and update service advisor
- Maintain dealership vehicle care policies
- Complete repair documentation for clients
- Mentor technician trainees
- Attend company and factory training
- Keep current with factory bulletins
