Job summary

RPM Motor Company in Monticello, MN is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles. You’ll work closely with the shop foreman, discuss repairs, plan work procedures, and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automotive technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman
• Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees
• Attend company and factory training
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually
