Qualifications

• Certified automotive technician position at Ryan Auto Mall Buffalo location.
• 1 year of automotive technician experience preferred.
• Duties include diagnosing and repairing vehicles and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose vehicles.
• Conduct multipoint vehicle inspections, including video.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor.
• Communicate additional service requests to service advisor.
• Plan work procedures with shop foreman.
• Monitor repair time and update service advisor.
• Maintain dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Document repairs for clients.
• Mentor technician trainees.
• Attend company and factory training.
• Keep current with factory bulletins.
