Job summary

Alfa Romeo & Maserati dealership in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking an experienced Certified Automotive Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and service premium European vehicles, with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate holds Alfa Romeo and/or Maserati certification, has strong diagnostic skills, and can work Monday–Friday in a full-time role. Pay ranges from $40 to $50 per hour, with a potential sign-on bonus up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Alfa Romeo and Maserati certification is required.
• Professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of modern automotive electrical and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform manufacturer-recommended services per factory specifications.
• Complete repairs efficiently while upholding quality standards.
• Use factory diagnostic equipment and reference technical information.
• Document all work accurately and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Communicate with Service Department regarding vehicle concerns and repair needs.
• Stay current with manufacturer technology and repair procedures.

Compensation & Schedule

Alfa Romeo and/or Maserati certification is required for consideration.

• Pay: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications with UP TO $15K Sign-on Bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Full-time position
