Join Our Team as an Automotive Technician at VIP Automotive Group of Long Island

Westbury Alfa Romeo/Fiat, part of VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians (A and B Level) to join our team. We pride ourselves on leadership, a customer-first culture, and opportunities for professional growth.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, 5-day work week
• Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Complete work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, and NY state inspections
• Complete software updates and key programming
• Collaborate with parts department to secure needed parts
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• Document all work performed
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and customer vehicles
• Support and train apprentice technicians
• Stay updated on manufacturer bulletins and training

Qualifications:

• Manufacturer training preferred
• Strong product knowledge
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to meet essential job duties with or without accommodations
