Job summary

Honda of Watertown is seeking an Experienced Certified Technician to join our service team in Watertown, CT. You will perform repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on vehicles in a clean, temperature-controlled shop with a four-day work week and opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of service tech experience, ASE certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification required.
• A level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
