Job summary

Westbrook Honda in Connecticut is seeking full-time Service Technicians to join our team. We accept all skill levels from Quick Lube to Master Technician and you will diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions while communicating with customers and recording repairs for the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend service and repair information quickly.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer concerns and offer technical advice.
• Diagnose malfunctions in engines, transmissions, brakes, exhaust systems, and other components.
• Maintain current knowledge of vehicles and related issues.
• Keep records and documentation of vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
