Hertz is seeking a Certified Automotive Technician in Washington to lead vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to keep fleet vehicles in top condition, working within a team and guiding others as needed.
The role requires ASE certification, at least three years of maintenance experience, and ability to work with lifts, alignment machines, and scan tools. Valid driver’s license and own tools are expected.

The Certified Automotive Technician is the top of our maintenance team with a focus on diagnostic and repair. This role will work to keep all equipment in running condition through our effective preventative maintenance program, as well as taking on the responsibility of handling complex repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls. This position is a master technician and assumes a leadership role with product knowledge and a standard of quality.
