Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Certified preferred.
• Team oriented and focused on customer service.
• Willing to submit to background, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and repairs in non-technical terms to service advisors and customers.
• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings for necessary repairs.
• Continuously learn new technical information to stay updated with changing technology.
