Qualifications

• Certified preferred; background and DMV screens required.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems to dealership standards.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Explain repairs in non-technical terms to customers and advisors.
• Perform maintenance and repairs as specified on orders.
• Continuously learn new techniques to stay current with technology.
• Inspect and test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
