The Role You’ll Contribute:

The Certified Athletic Trainer - Outreach is a healthcare professional specializing in injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities include providing evidence-based athletic health services, developing healthcare programs, building relationships with physicians, athletic trainers, athletes, and their families, and promoting our Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation services. The role involves off-site assessments, independent actions, and supporting multiple teams and schedules, including outside normal hours as needed. Supervision of staff, adherence to compliance, and active participation in customer service are also key aspects.

The Value You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Perform clinical evaluations, emergency care, and develop rehabilitation programs, including coverage at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Availability outside normal hours is required.
• Maintain compliant medical records, handle medications per regulations, and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison among hospital departments, physicians, and partners to resolve service and operational issues promptly.
