A sports medicine clinic is seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time position primarily in secondary schools and collegiate environments in the Pittsburgh area. The role involves providing athletic training coverage at practices, games, and events while helping to treat and rehabilitate injuries. Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working primarily in secondary school/collegiate environments in the Pittsburgh-area. The role includes coverage for afternoon/evening practices and games, with opportunities for weekend events and/or PRN work.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training coverage at practices, games, and events
• Prevent, assess, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries
• Maintain accurate injury and rehabilitation records
• Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and other key stakeholders as needed
• Support injury prevention and strength/conditioning initiatives
• Assist with the development of concussion and wellness programs
• Participate in continued professional development and company programs (CPR training, impact testing, etc.)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Certification: Current BOC certification and eligible for state licensure
• Experience: New Graduates Encouraged (3–5 years preferred); supervisory experience a plus
