Job description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working primarily in secondary school/collegiate environments in the Pittsburgh-area. The role includes coverage for afternoon/evening practices and games, with opportunities for weekend events and/or PRN work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide athletic training coverage at practices, games, and events
  • Prevent, assess, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries
  • Maintain accurate injury and rehabilitation records
  • Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and other key stakeholders as needed
  • Support injury prevention and strength/conditioning initiatives
  • Assist with the development of concussion and wellness programs
  • Participate in continued professional development and company programs (CPR training, impact testing, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Certification: Current BOC certification and eligible for state licensure
  • Experience: New Graduates Encouraged (3–5 years preferred); supervisory experience a plus
