Premier Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for our Chester County Orthopaedic (CCO) division, which includes locations in West Chester, PA, Kennett Square, PA, and West Grove, PA.

Essential Functions

• Act as a liaison among patients, physicians, PAs, RNs, MAs, and staff
• Manage clinic flow, including directing physicians and preparing pertinent data
• Conduct patient assessments through history, physical exams, and examinations
• Review patient records to determine health status and identify findings
• Present comprehensive data to physicians post-evaluation
• Document patient data accurately in EMR and files
• Communicate treatment plans effectively to patients
• Perform casting, splinting, suture and staple removal, wound care, brace fitting, and crutch training

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training and valid state license or certification
• Proven education or experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of clinic-based Athletic Trainer experience preferred

Requirements & Knowledge

• Valid Athletic Trainer certification
• Understanding of athlete challenges, nutrition, sports injuries, and treatments
• Knowledge of first aid, massage, and physical therapy techniques
