Provides accurate and timely information to visitors and callers. Responsibilities include pre-certifying with insurance companies, filing, scheduling, maintaining records in the Electronic Medical Record system, processing patient specimens, and direct patient care. Assists providers with office procedures, handles administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, billing, coding, and maintaining medical records. Clinical duties include taking vital signs, documenting histories, preparing patients for exams, drawing blood, and administering medications under physician or provider direction. Adaptability to varied tasks is essential.
Assists medical providers in patient care, initiates therapeutic procedures, maintains records, and operates medical equipment. Clinical duties include taking vital signs, recording histories, preparing patients for examinations, and administering medications as directed.
Prevents, evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and rehabilitates injuries in athletes/patients. Works closely with coaches, medical staff, and physicians to ensure safe return to activity, providing emergency care, injury prevention programs, and rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing training programs, educating patients, and assisting in procedures like dressing changes, specimen collection, and assisting in the operating room.
