Job Description
Certified Athletic Trainer

3DPT is looking for a certified Athletic Trainer to join our team.

3DPT understands the immense amount of continued education required for athletic trainers every two years, which is why we have designed an outstanding CEU program for our ATC team, which includes attending NATA every other year. Additionally, we reimburse our ATCs for the financial cost of licensure renewal, and provide CPR for free to all our 3DPT teammates.

This opportunity comes with a generous sign-on bonus. Don’t delay if you believe this is the right fit for you!

Please Note: This position is for an Athletic Trainer who is a certified and licensed healthcare professional who practices in the field of sports medicine, specializing in preventing, diagnosing, and treating injuries and illnesses in athletes. This is not a personal trainer position, and applicants must possess a bachelor’s or higher degree in Athletic Training and be a Certified Athletic Trainer with the state of Michigan or in the process of completing certification.

If you are an athletic trainer and you possess an encouraging disposition, a positive attitude, good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and are generally an awesome person, we want you to apply.

In addition to the above perks and benefits listed above, the position includes a competitive wage and benefits package, Simple IRA with matching, up to 8 paid holidays per year, a membership to The Centre (gym/fitness facility), and much more!

Who We Are

3 Dimensional Physical Therapy, 3DPT, has adopted the most advanced principles available, which are now embraced in all professional sports around the world, to create individualized treatment strategies for our patients and student-athletes. We are dedicated to serving our patients, student-athletes, and clients with humility, love, and kindness while helping them achieve positive, lasting results. We’ve adopted the principles of Applied Functional Science, AFS, and our team shares in a culture of applying and sharing the individualized treatment strategies used to improve the lives of our patients and student-athletes and learn about their cares, hopes, and dreams. We call it AFS+Love, and it’s foundational to how our athletic trainers treat their student-athletes and work with their school’s coaches and administrators.

The driving force behind 3DPT is PEOPLE! As a result, we are committed to the success of our team. At 3DPT, our team members experience an onboarding process during which 3DPT’s leadership team will provide intentional mentoring directly to you because people matter. As a member of our athletic training team, you will regularly meet with your fellow ATCs for a time of mentoring and working through any situations which team members bring up to seek guidance on.

At 3DPT, we don’t have employees, we are all team members!

Curious to learn more about joining the 3DPT team? We’d love to hear your story and share more of ours!
