Premier Sports Medicine is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our Jacksonville-based university program. This full-time role covers practices, games, and events with potential weekend PRN work.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time Athletic Trainers. Responsibilities include providing coverage, injury prevention, and rehabilitation; maintaining records; collaborating with coaches and medical staff; and supporting concussion and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Current BOC certification and eligible for state licensure.
• New Graduates encouraged; 3–5 years preferred; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training coverage at practices, games, and events.
• Prevent, assess, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries.
• Maintain accurate injury and rehabilitation records.
• Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and other key stakeholders as needed.
• Support injury prevention and strength/conditioning initiatives.
• Assist with the development of concussion and wellness programs.
• Participate in continued professional development and company programs (CPR training, impact testing, etc.).

Premier Sports Medicine is a fast-growing provider of athletic training and sports medicine services, providing high-quality comprehensive care to secondary schools, colleges, and youth sports programs across the country. Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a University in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will provide coverage for practices and games, along with coordinating access to additional health care for their athletes. Additionally, there will be opportunities for weekend events and/or PRN work. For a limited-time only, we are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for all new Full-Time Athletic Trainers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training coverage at practices, games, and events
• Prevent, assess, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries
• Maintain accurate injury and rehabilitation records
• Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and other key stakeholders as needed
