Qualifications

• Completion of an Anesthesiologist Assistant program with applicable certification.
• South Carolina licensure eligibility or current licensure as Anesthesiologist Assistant.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care including perioperative assessment, anesthesia administration and monitoring, and postoperative evaluation.
• Work under supervision of an anesthesiologist and CAA leadership in accordance with MUSC policies.
