Penn Medicine is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support anesthesiologists and anesthesia professionals. You will prepare and assemble equipment, manage supplies, and ensure availability of critical items in operating rooms and related suites across the hospital.

This role requires basic anesthesia knowledge, accurate par levels, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform under high stress.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduated from an ASATT-recognized anesthesia program.
• Certification with ASATT within six months of employment or eligibility.

Mansioni

• Provide perioperative technical support to the anesthesia team in delivery of patient care.
• Maintain availability of necessary equipment in operating rooms and anesthesia workrooms.
• Manage all medical gas tanks and rotate stock for medications and equipment.
• Prepare equipment for IV/invasive lines and assist during procedures.
