Qualifications

• High school graduate and certified as an Activity Director (as required by state regulations).
• Demonstrates excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and implement detailed programs.
• Experience creating and implementing effective resident care plans.
• Develop, organize, and execute activity programs that meet the social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs of residents within a specified budget.
