Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead, Product Manager to drive the Certiport product strategy and outcomes, leading empowered teams to solve customer and business problems in education and workforce readiness.

The role requires deep product leadership, partnership with Engineering, Design, Data, and Programs, and a focus on learner and instructor value across certification and credentialing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple product teams.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and developing product talent.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of modern product management practices, including discovery, experimentation, and outcome-based planning.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design leaders in an empowered product model.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior executives, communicating across business and technical stakeholders, and driving organizational alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and priorities with business leaders.
• Translate objectives into outcome-based roadmaps and portfolio-level prioritization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers; establish growth opportunities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Program teams.
• Deliver measurable outcomes and monitor portfolio health with key metrics.
