Responsibilities include assisting with annual rating deliveries, Star Rating announcements, and Luxury Summit projects. A strong administrative mindset and collaborative teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client success or similar roles.
• Excellent written communication in English and professional demeanor.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Update client data in Salesforce and Partner Site; research contact info.
• Manage trials and information for FTG products; provide usage reports.
• Support annual rating report deliveries, Star Rating, and Luxury Summit projects.
• Assist department in administrative tasks and various projects as needed.
• Operate in a remote work environment with careful attention to detail.
