Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full-time Certification Specialist for Bethany House in Montgomery County, MD. Bethany House is a dynamic and engaging senior housing community within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The Certification Specialist must have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Prior property management Tax Credit experience is desired but not required for this role.

Qualifications

• Property management experience as Certification Specialist, Assistant Manager, and/or Leasing is a plus.
• Tax Credit experience desired
• TCS certification is a plus
• Experience planning resident events and newsletters

Job Requirements

• Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines

• Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
• Valid state drivers license and transportation required.
