Job summary

Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) / Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM) seeks a Certification Manager to support the Executive Director in daily operations, act as the main liaison, and lead a small team through audits, approvals, and policy implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in dietetics, foodservice, or certification. Travel to meetings and training is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years professional experience in foodservice/dietetics or certification industry.
• RDN, CDM, CFPP or ICE-CCP required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee certification program processes and coordination with exam services.
• Supervise staff and serve as escalation point for issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards and manage communications.
