Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking CNAs to join our flexible staffing across assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care. Base rate starts at $18 per hour with potential to increase to $24.70 per hour, and we offer medical benefits along with flexible hours.

As a CNA, you will work in long-term care facilities, perform ADLs, chart and execute care plans, with on-site training provided. Multiple contract types allow us to accommodate varying schedules and needs.

Qualifications

• Current MT CNA License with MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (TB test, Hep B).
• Reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Chart and execute plans of care under supervision.
• On-site training is provided; opportunities to learn new skills.
• Shifts across long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and in-home care.

If you like variety and learning new skills, then this is for you. We offer multiple types of contracts; this means we can be flexible with you. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care, all shifts.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care. CNAs help with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care. On-site training is provided. If responsibilities are properly fulfilled, more shifts will become available.

Candidates For Employment Must Have

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
