Description

As a Project Manager (PM), you will assist our new customers during onboarding, taking ownership of the change management process to ensure smooth progression of change controls. This role operates within the Professional Services (PS) department and involves building cross-functional relationships with Sales, IT/Engineering, and Production teams.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Lead a proactive PS engagement model with clear requirements, development, testing, and deployment plans.
• Ensure successful project outcomes aligned with sales and requirement documents.
• Develop strong partnerships with the sales team and manage customer relationships, expectations, and escalations.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment across all teams.

Knowledge & Skills

• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring outcomes meet customer expectations.
• Lead presentations that influence and drive consensus among external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop documentation for project requirements, plans, status reports, and action plans.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure, managing evolving priorities effectively.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in project management and demonstrated success in managing projects.

Pay Range

Range: $76,207 – $117,662, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401K, and more. Opportunities are posted for up to 1 year or until filled.
