The role requires standing for extended periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong attention to detail. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 35–50 pounds.
• Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Warehouse/production experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack cereal products from cartons, cases, or pallets.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage, defects, or quality issues.
• Sort and organize products according to customer and production requirements.
• Repack cereal products into designated packaging and display units.
• Label, seal, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Stack, palletize, and wrap completed orders.
• Maintain production quotas while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and GMP.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
