Job summary

Spectrum Control is hiring a Production Operator in our Pennsylvania facility. You will work in kilns and post-kiln operations, inspect products with a microscope, and follow daily work specifications. The role involves tracking moves, handling ceramics and solvents, and working with a team to maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for flaws using a microscope and report flaws.
• Follow work specifications and set up daily tasks.
• Track and input work order moves and product output.
• Work around ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals.
• Assist in training of new operators when needed.
