Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment in a Knoxville facility. You will work with kilns, furnaces, presses, and other high-temperature processing equipment, ensuring uptime and safety.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, PLC fault finding, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to meet manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLCs and fault finding, sensors, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with kilns, ovens, vacuum systems, or similar high-temperature processing equipment.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, track, and document maintenance activities using Fiix CMMS.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical systems including PLCs.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and inspections.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals for servicing equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
