CoorsTek Benton, AR is seeking a Materials Process Operator to convert raw materials into high-quality ceramic powders using manual and automated equipment. You will operate processes, perform in-process quality checks, and support cross-shift continuity while maintaining clean and safe workspace.

You will engage with standard procedures and learn manufacturing best practices, including safety, equipment operation, and inventory tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must meet all training requirements as defined by department.

Responsibilities

• Follow Environmental Health and Safety procedures and identify safety improvements.
• Perform startups, shutdowns and product mix changes across standardized production processes.
