Job summary

LECO's Ceramic facility in Benton Harbor, MI, is seeking a Ceramics Machine Operator for the first shift. You will operate machines to produce ceramic shapes, inspect parts, and maintain records. The role requires a high school diploma and adherence to procedures, with overtime as needed.

Position Summary

Position Responsibilities

• Must demonstrate proficiency in operation of machine
• Inspect parts that they manufacture
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or group leader
• Approve records indicated by process or record
• Clean area of responsibility

Position Requirements

• Must be able to read Blueprints
• Able to use precision measuring tools
• Able to follow departmental procedures
