• 3–4 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or a related role.
• Experience in tabletop, ceramics, or home products preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Product & packaging development: guide artwork direction for new ceramic products and packaging.
• Sample review: organize and provide notes on samples against tech packs.
• Production notes: set up production notes and proof production artwork.
• Costing & RFQs: manage quote sheets and gather quotes from vendors.
• Overseas vendor communication: coordinate with factories for sampling and feedback.
• PD & design resource management: maintain templates, dielines, and swatches.
• Buyer meeting support: prepare presentations and capture feedback and actions.
