Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in tabletop, kitchenware, and hard goods development.
Proven experience creating collections for major brands or national retailers.
Strong portfolio demonstrating original development and commercial relevance.

Responsibilities

Lead development of innovative tabletop and hard goods from concept to production.
Develop products across categories including dinnerware, serveware, drinkware, glassware, and accessories.
Create cohesive collections with strong design stories, colors, patterns, and finishes.
Research and forecast trends in tabletop, dining, color, and materials.
Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and visualization.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
Prepare detailed product specs, including Pantone references and finishes.
