Job summary

Custom Mosaics, Inc. in Sunrise, FL is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented production associate to apply decorative designs to porcelain tiles and support kiln loading/unloading. Prior ceramics experience is not required, as hands-on training is provided.

This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, with a daytime schedule in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include inspecting finished goods, assisting with screen-printing, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while following

• Support other production and general manufacturing tasks as needed.

About UsCustom Mosaics, Inc. has manufactured decorative porcelain mosaics for the swimming pool industry since 1998, supplying distributors, dealers, and pool professionals.The RoleWe're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving the application of decorative designs to porcelain tiles, loading and unloading kilns, inspecting finished products, and assisting with other production tasks.No artistic ability or previous experience with ceramics is required.
