Qualifications
- 1+ years auto body experience; paint correction & ceramic coating experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and professional standards
- Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation; must have a truck or SUV for tools & materials
- Valid driver’s license required for travel to job sites and locations
Responsibilities
- Execute flawless paint prep, correction, and professional-grade ceramic coating applications
- Maintain the highest quality control standards on every vehicle
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reinforces our premium reputation
- Ensure a pristine, organized, and professional work environment at all job sites
- Follow and help refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, industry-leading results
- Mentor and support team growth as we expand
