Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year auto body experience; paint correction & ceramic coating experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
• Dependable, punctual and maintains professional standards
• Self-motivated and results-driven; works independently with minimal oversight
• Reliable transportation; truck or SUV required to transport tools/materials
• Valid driver's license for travel to job locations
• Quality-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail
