Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred: Hands‑on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred.
• Customer Excellence Focus – Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations.
• Exceptional Work Ethic – Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards.

• Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites.
