Job summary

LECO, located in St. Joseph, Michigan, seeks a Ceramics Caster to support a full-time 5:00am–1:30pm schedule. The role involves casting ceramic parts, demolding, id marking, deflash, repairing, and ticketing parts for traceability.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and prior machine operation or general industrial shop experience. EOE M/F/VET/Disability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Casting and de-molding of ceramic parts including cleanup and patching of parts.
• Loading and unloading of ceramic parts onto drying racks.
• Completing all necessary paperwork for part traceability.

Schedule

Full Time: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday and occasional overtime as required

Position Summary

The Ceramics Caster will observe the schedule and cast the parts requested. The caster will completely demold, id mark, de-flash, repair, and create tickets for parts.

Position Responsibilities

• Casting and de-molding of ceramic parts including cleanup and patching of parts
• Loading and unloading of ceramic parts onto drying racks
• Completing all necessary paperwork for part traceability
