Qualifications

• Experience with Cerakote or ceramic coatings preferred (firearm coatings).
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including sandblasting and media blasting.
• Familiarity with firearm components, disassembly, and reassembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply Cerakote coatings to firearms and parts with precision.
• Prepare surfaces including disassembly and degreasing.
• Mix Cerakote colors to meet customer specifications.
• Cure coated parts in industrial ovens and monitor temperature/timing.
• Inspect finished products for uniform coverage and adhesion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe painting environment.
• Communicate timelines and finish options to customers and staff.
