Job summary
FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS) is seeking an Environmental Analyst to support CEQA and NEPA compliance across biology, cultural resources, air quality, and other disciplines. You will help prepare environmental documents for public and private development projects, focusing on research, data analysis, and clear writing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and strong writing and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CEQA/NEPA a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, organize, and analyze data on environmental topics to support CEQA/NEPA reviews.
- Draft sections of environmental documents including IS, EIRs/EISs, Addenda, and Exemptions.
- Review development site plans and technical studies to support impact analysis.
- Support Project Managers with research and documentation for project requirements.
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to verify data and integrate findings.
- Conduct site visits to support environmental analysis.
- Perform document formatting, file organization, and quality checks.
- Gain practical experience through project work and mentorship.
