Job summary

VisionGift in Portland, Oregon, seeks a visionary CEO to lead strategic direction, fundraising, and organizational growth. You will partner with the Board to ensure financial viability, champion research, and strengthen community engagement in eye donation and transplantation.

The CEO will oversee a team of seventy-five plus, work with the CFO and COO, and spearhead initiatives to secure funding from public and private sources while expanding program impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Hospital or Public Administration.
• 10+ years of management experience in non-profit entities.
• 5+ years of financial oversight, budgeting, planning with multi-million-dollar responsibility.
• Experience working with boards, donors, foundations and strategic partners.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development and performance evaluation across VisionGift locations.
• Set objectives, strategies, and oversee operations to ensure program delivery and financial security.
• Oversee compliance with industry standards and maintain accreditation.
• Drive fundraising, grants, partnerships, and contracted revenue to expand impact.
