MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger seeks a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization into its next chapter. The CEO will steward MAZON's national advocacy, policy reform, and grantmaking while guiding strategic investments and community engagement from its Los Angeles or Washington, DC offices.

The role requires strategic judgment, strong relationship-building, and the ability to lead through change, with a focus on expanding philanthropic support and deepening partnerships

Qualifications

• Experience leading a national advocacy organization or similar.
• Strategic judgment and ability to navigate complex policy environments.
• Strong relationship-building, fundraising, and public policy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for MAZON's advocacy, policy programs, and investment portfolio.
• Lead coalition-building, policy reform efforts, and fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee organizational leadership, board engagement, and external relations; travel as needed.
