  • Leads development and execution of the organization's strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, medical staff, and leadership team.
  • Drives financial and operational performance through budgeting, resource management, revenue enhancement, cost management, and performance improvement.
  • Leads organizational growth through service-line development, physician and provider recruitment, strategic partnerships, and increased access to care.
  • Promotes high-quality, safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators for finance, operations, quality, patient experience, workforce, and growth.
