Appone is seeking a mission-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a residential treatment facility focused on substance use disorders. The CEO will be the top leader, overseeing strategy, operations, census growth, team performance, and regulatory compliance in a high-stakes healthcare setting.

The role requires strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to quality and accountability, with 24/7 on-call coverage and hands-on leadership across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility in healthcare
• Proven track record in census growth and regulatory compliance
• Experience interpreting clinical documentation and medical necessity

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including P&L, census, staffing, and culture
• Directly manage departmental leadership and ensure organizational alignment
• Lead marketing and admissions strategy to grow census
• Foster employee engagement and leadership development across all departments
• Build a culture of clinical integrity, excellence, and consistency
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and state authorities
• Monitor and improve patient experience, retention, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for urgent facility matters
• Lead by example in communication, culture, operations, and care standards
