Job summary

Associated Builders and Contractors Rocky Mountain seeks an experienced President & CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership for the chapter, overseeing membership value, finance, and external relations. You will manage budgets, staff and programs, and serve as the spokesperson for the organization before boards, committees, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• CAE designation strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets, staff, and complex operations.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations, funding sources, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABC Rocky Mountain with strategic plan implementation and staff oversight.
• Manage budget, finances, and contracts with fiscal discipline and transparency.
• Engage and inform Board of Directors with timely updates and governance support.
• Foster membership value, external relations, and advocacy initiatives for stakeholders.
