Job summary

Perimeter Healthcare seeks a Chief Executive Officer for its Missouri operations. The role directs clinical and non‑clinical departments to achieve high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance, while leading strategic growth and partnerships.

A master’s degree is preferred, with strong communication and collaborative leadership vital to success. The CEO will manage budgets, drive new revenue opportunities, and oversee contract negotiations to support expansion and stellar patient outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years CEO experience in pediatric behavioral/mental health setting.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships within complex networks including referral sources.
• Clinical excellence focus and patient-centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of clinical and non-clinical departments to drive high‑quality patient care outcomes.
• Ensure quality metrics meet accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate medical staff involvement in new ventures and care expansion.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and community partners for referrals and partnerships.
• Prepare and manage budgets, guiding resource allocation and revenue growth.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with payor requirements.
• Monitor evolving behavioral health delivery models and implement suitable options.
• Aim to grow patient census across units.
