Embedded Shishya in Austin seeks a seasoned Chief of Staff / BizOps leader to align goals, drive quarterly planning, and own outcomes. You will lead the leadership cadence, turn intent into measurable targets, and ensure execution across functions.

You'll sit with execs, run meetings, build dashboards, and manage special cross-functional projects. If you thrive in ambiguity, own the outcome, and leverage AI tools for analysis—this role suits you.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in CoS, BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or equivalent to a founder/CEO or senior exec
• Strong academic background with promotions at known high-bar firms
• Fluent in spreadsheets and data environments; build models and size opportunities
• Excellent writing: memos, board decks, exec comms; distill discussions to a page
• Ran operating cadence (OKRs, weekly reviews) at high-volume company
• Ability to challenge senior leaders respectfully and drive accountability
• Comfort with startup-like ambiguity and ownership of outcomes
• Daily use of AI tools for analysis, drafting, and research

Responsibilities

• Own goal setting and quarterly/annual planning end to end
• Manage against goals; track progress and surface slippage
• Run weekly leadership meetings with agenda and decisions
• Build and maintain company-level dashboards with finance/data
• Lead cross-functional special projects from ambiguity to plan
• Prep board/investor materials and memos; be the CEO's second read
